Refund policy

At by Douaa, all purchases are considered final once an order is placed. We kindly ask you to review product details, sizing, and your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges; however, we accept returns for store credit only.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit only. This store credit does not expire and will be sent to your registered email address within 7–12 business days after we receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors (including perfume), or damage. They must be in their original condition, neatly folded, properly packaged, and suitable for resale. All items must also have the original by Douaa Security/privacy tag attached and intact. Items with the tag removed altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return. Proof of shipment, such as a tracking number or receipt, must also be provided. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. In addition, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed once payment has been completed.

Once your order has been shipped, by Douaa is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. The store is also not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect size selection or improper use or care of the items.

In the rare case that you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
